We LOVED working with David — he was always available to show us properties, super responsive (like, does this guy even sleep?), and thanks to his construction background, he actually knew what he was looking at. While we were busy imagining where the couch would go, David was checking the foundation, the roof, and probably how level the floors were. Total pro. His whole team is amazing — they go the extra mile (maybe even two), and their marketing game is strong. You can tell they’ve invested in doing things the right way, which is probably why we ended up in a house we actually love instead of something we panic-bid on at midnight. Honestly, 10/10 would recommend — unless you're planning to sell to us in the future, then we’d prefer if you didn’t have David on your side. He’s that good.
