As a first time buyer I was very nervous about finding a place to call my own. I started watching a some YouTube videos regarding buying in Vancouver, a number of which were Craig's where he described the differnt steps the home buying process. I found his videos a valuable source of information and decided Craig was the perfect person who could help me achieve my goal of buying my first place Craig has been a fantastic agent for me, always able to answer all the questions I've had, attended the open houses I've been to with me helping me through the entire process. Craig has also been invaluable in finding a broker, a lawyer and a home inspector. I would definitely recommend Craig to someone who is looking to buy in Vancouver, especially first time buyers like myself

Craig is a superior realtor! My wife and I were looking to move from a condo to a detached home in the Lower Mainland. As many know, it is a hot market and can be difficult to navigate as properties move quickly at prices higher than asking. His enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and market resourcefulness (he has fantastic mortgage broker, home inspector, lawyer, and moving connections too) exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, with its many ups and downs, Craig was always available and willing to assist us. We ended up seeing about 20 homes (likely more; we lost count), making about 4 offers. With every offer, Craig put together a personalized video to connect with the seller. We feel, without those customized videos, we might still be searching for our forever home. My wife and I cannot recommend his services enough.

Craig was absolutely phenomenal in his services. He would always give professional advice, while at the same time guiding his clients in the right direction. When we hired Craig Veroni, we had gone through the process of meeting multiple realtors that were not the least bit interested in helping us find our dream home in Squamish. The 30 min travel time from our home in North Vancouver seemed to be too much for these other realtors to add to their schedules, so we had to keep looking. We initially wished to buy in Lions Bay but ended up finding the perfect home after a few month of searching. Craig was with us all the way from the very beginning. His demeanor was excellent. Craig is calm, poised, to the point and has the facts straight ALL THE TIME. From the first day we started looking at places, he helped us find the home for a dog that was on an unauthorized walk from his yard. What a great way to give a young man some first hand work experience! Both Craig and his son were always early, dressed professionally and super pleasant to deal with. Our first open house Craig's wife made mulled apple cider for our buyers and it was SUCH A BEAUTIFUL TOUCH that made our home smell warm and inviting. I know I am rambling...but I MUST elaborate on the marketing and sales video that Craig and his team did for our home. We listed during Christmas time. And anyone who is looking to sell knows its not that busy time of year, actually a terrible time to sell according to some people. I truly don't think that we would have sold as quickly as we did if we didn't have this trendy, technologically savvy team Craig brought to the table. Not only does he reply to you in an expertly timely fashion for any questions or concerns that we had, but he delivers his messages as a video!! That blew my mind!
