I've had the pleasure of working with Terry on multiple occasions. As a home maintenance and service company, we often deal with realtors needing items fixed before sale completion. Coordinating with Terry to fix these issues were extremely easy. Terry shows up to our scheduled appointments on time with a printed out hardcopy with pictures of the home inspection report to show us exactly which areas are needing attention and what is needed to be done to fix the deficiency. This shows his organization skills and his care for his clients to ensure they are handed keys to a home free of any issues.
