Derek Sun and The Go Team have won numerous industry awards from both the Real Estate Board and Dexter Associates Realty. The Real Estate Board has awarded the team with membership to the Medallion Club, which is reserved for the top 10% of agents in the Greater Vancouver Board. Dexter Associates Realty has also awarded the team with the Elite Award and the Team Achievement Award.

Born in Taiwan, Derek has called Vancouver home since 1995. After pursuing a career in the hospitality industry, and Real Estate Investment, Derek attended Royal Roads University in Victoria and completed his commerce degree in Entrepreneurial Management.

Having owned homes in many different locations within Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and New Westminster, Derek understands the importance of a reliable and resourceful realtor to help you navigate through the complex market.

With his great interpersonal skills from the hospitality industry and knowledge accumulated throughout his real estate investing career, Derek brings a wealth of information regarding selling/buying homes and investment properties in addition to his intimate knowledge of Greater Vancouver area.
