As a professional home inspector I deal with Realtors on a regular basis. I am very impressed with how Francisco goes above and beyond the minimum expectation for his buyers. Recently we did a home inspection on a brand new home that had some serious deficiencies. Not only did he insist the builder make the repairs BUT he also paid for us to come back and make sure they were done correctly which they were not. He saved his buyer thousands of dollars in the long run by going the extra mile. Absolutely great guy to work with!
