
About Andy
Andy’s career path into real estate was neither planned nor obvious. Working part-time for rennie Marketing as a 14 year old teen, he started in the real estate industry by folding brochures, opening doors and taking clients up and down elevators. He continued this work for a few years while moving through his education of post-secondary schooling at UBC followed by another two years at BCIT. After his time at rennie Marketing, Andy’s career took him in several directions including spending 13 years as at the Pacific National Exhibition working as a manager for the Merchandise Games Department, followed by a role as a Business Analyst at ICBC. More than 15 years later, he made his return to rennie and is now a rennie Advisor and the Director of Sales Operations. Reliable and often observed with his “built in smile”, his areas of specialization include detached and attached homes in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam - he also speaks Cantonese and is currently learning to speak Mandarin. To Andy, the meaning of community continues to evolve as it no longer has geographical, historical or cultural boundaries; it simply means fellowship of like-minded individuals. His passion includes giving his children the best in life, which drives him to do the best at everything else he does. Outside the office, you can find Andy spending time with his family.
