I was quite disappointed with Tim's service which were far below what I expected during our initial conversation. The positive is that Tim did increase exposure to my property. The negative being that he did not show up to almost all of the appointments he booked with other realtors and clients. Sometimes I was not given prior notice to someone coming and even when I had guests over there would be a knock on the door. This of course was not a one time event. It happened multiple times while my property was on sale. I thought it was quite unprofessional especially since he rarely, if at all showed up to represent my property considering the commission he was receiving. When I was informed prior to a potential buyer, I would often stay and answer questions the buyers realtor would have since Tim would not show up. I didnt feel that Tim put a reasonable amount of effort as his strategy for sale seems to be quantity over quality. As a thank you gift after sale of the house Tim gave me a cheese cutting set. When I sold my other apartment with another realtor I was given a $500 gift card and that person showed up to every meeting. I would say if I was only exposed to Tim's services I would not know better but comparably as well, there are much better realtors on the market based on my opinion.
