I first met Tim when my parents were selling their house. I was very impressed with the way he was with them. Very personable and sincere. As a result I also used Tim to sell my condo. I had anxieties about people coming into my space. Tim listened and was understanding. I didn't have an open house which I was very grateful for. He's a really good guy. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I feel fortunate to have found Tim to help me with the purchase of my first home. Tim was incredibly patient during the 13 months that it took me to finally pick the property I bought. During those 13 months of searching Tim was always willing to spend his time taking me to openings and giving me feed back on properties. There were even 1 or 2 properties that I might have chosen during those months that Tim cautioned me wouldn't be a good fit, explaining why, and making sure I didn't make any rash decisions. Tim guided me through the steps, providing me with contacts to assist with my Mortgage and going above and beyond to make my purchase a reality.

I have worked with Tim on several occasion, with him selling two homes for me and with the purchase of one. Tim is very professional, knows his business well and is extremely kind and understanding. I first met Tim when he was recommended to me when we had to sell my parent's house, which had been the family home for over 60 years. It was my parent's only home and Tim was so understanding of the emotions involved and the reluctance of us to sell. He made it so much better with his awareness of the emotions and his kindness will always be remembered. Not only did he sell the house but he helped us to find all of the necessary tradespeople needed to make the repairs that had to be completed. We could not have asked for a better realtor. Our second encounter was when I chose to sell my house in order to relocate to another city. He was honest, suggested things to be done before the house was put on the market and again was able to suggest tradespeople who could do the work for me. He again demonstrated great awareness of my needs and had to use his cheerful, upbeat personality frequently! His sense of humour was well used! What I appreciated was his knowledge of the fast changing market, his persistence and his follow up. The sale was made and I received the sale price that I was insistent upon. The next encounter was when I wished to purchase a condo within a limited time frame. He was excellent in providing appropriate listings and was quick to arrange viewings and to make offers. His awareness of the market is excellent and his knowledge of the correct pricing so helpful. Needless to say, he found the right condo, for the right price, all within the tight time constraints! He really listens. I will not hesitate to recommend Tim.

Tim was fantastic to work with. He is professional, organised, and has great communication skills. I think Tim's biggest strength is his knowledge of the market. The thorough research he presented and ability to breakdown options I had as a seller made me confident and comfortable in the approach we took in selling our apartment.
