Aly and Sunny are amazing realtors to work with, i met Aly in 2019 he sold our first house in Maple Ridge, found us a brand-new house in Pitt Meadows area close to school my family were extremely happy with the purchase. Generally, I am very reluctant of two things: 1. Conducting business with sales professionals (due to my previous pushy experiences); and secondly, 2. Conducting business with friends (as it can sometimes create complications). I decided to work with Aly on the sale of this investment property because I was impressed with his honest, clear and "non-pressured" guidance over a casual chat on what to do with this specific property. I am very glad I made this decision, because to date I have not experienced a more professional, straight forward and quick transaction of any kind before. From the beginning Aly provided his non-biased opinion on the list price and advised of the potential risks of increasing and decreasing, I really felt like Aly put himself in the shoes of the buyer and not once did I feel any pressure to list at a price that I was uncomfortable with or accept an offer that I was uncomfortable with.
