Dereck Griffin

After a decade in the finance industry Dereck made the seamless transition and created Griffin Real Estate, a one stop shop that provides both buyers and sellers with their exclusive white glove VIP treatment. Dereck is known for his ability to listen and understand his client's needs allowing him to continuously deliver above and beyond their goals and expectations. His personable and professional character allows Dereck to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients.
Dereck was born and raised in Richmond B.C. where he still resides with his wife, daughter and twin boys. When not working and studying real estate, Dereck enjoys giving back to the community. Dereck currently volunteers as a member of the Richmond Minor Football Executive Board and can be found on the field during the fall and spring months as a head coach.
