I wrote the review below, when Linda and Bob to help us with finding our home in 2011. Given how wonderful our experience was with them, there was no question, we would request their services when we made the decision to move again in late 2020. We so appreciate Linda's calm, efficient approach. She put us in touch with a great stager (Elle) to advise on how to show our home off, and then proceeded to negotiated an awesome price for our home. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she organized viewings of new homes on a moment's notice and suggested those she thought we should see. We have ended up purchasing a wonderful home to move to. Linda is the best combination of 'wise counsellor, savvy business person and friend'. Blake was an absolute pleasure to work with! As our buyers agent, he did a great job of listening to our needs and desires. He was very quick to communicate and never left us waiting at appointments. He let us form our own opinions about each house that we saw, but also pointed out features and details about each house that we hadn't noticed.
