The Christies Real Estate Team are a family Real Estate Team. Michael started his real estate career in 1986. Deborah partnered with Michael to form a husband-wife team in 1990. They have been with RE/MAX All Points since Michael started with them in 1989. They are the longest serving realtors/team at RE/MAX All Points currently. Their son Jeff & daughter Jennifer joined their parents in the business in 2005.

Michael retired after 34 years in real estate in 2020.

Jeff, Deborah and Jennifer continue the family legacy of helping families move and achieve their real estate goals and dreams.

The Christies have the expertise to recognize market trends and adjust the selling strategies to achieve highest possible price in todays market. The Christies Real Estate Team has received the Medallion Club Award from 2009 - 2023 and have been "Team Medallion Award Members" since the Team aspect of the Medallion Club was implemented in 2009. Prior to the team award, Michael & Deborah Christie were Medallion Members for 17 years, putting them consistantly in the top 10% out of over 15,000 Realtors!

Deb Christie is amazing! Her work ethic, superior knowledge, vast experience, timely responses - we would NOT have been able to purchase a property in this hot market without her. I have experienced 3 realtors before Deb Christie (buying and selling) - 2 were "meh", 1 was bad (cost me a LOT of money). Then there's Deb - who restored my faith in realtors. With Deb you get someone who KNOWS real estate - who will work to get you a viewing when others are being denied. She will get you the strata docs when other realtors fail to obtain in time for offers (that is how we got our place) and she knows how to interpret strata docs. She spent HOURS going through strata docs with us and guiding us through the purchase process. Deb put us on PCS - very few realtors do this. If you are buying you cannot cannot cannot live without PCS. Without PCS we would not have gotten our place. It came on the market Monday afternoon, I saw it immediately and called Deb, she got us a viewing the next day and the strata docs that day. We spent hours reviewing them with her. We saw the place Tuesday, and submitted an offer Tuesday evening and got the place. Deb Christie has an entire family that works together - so your questions are replied to within MINUTES - i have never experienced that before. Very few realtors give you access to PCS- which gives you real time new listings, the same as realtors receive. Only PCS gives you a list screen that shows properties with all the pertinent details, each with 5 tabs. You can sort by square footage, # bedrooms, # bathrooms, neighbourhood, city, sales price, days on market. Only PCS shows all of the following: listing dates, sell dates, sell prices, days on market, price change dates. You can track the market for a few months and you can see what properties are going for in your desired area. She set us up for townhomes and single family detached. I have used other property listings applications but none of them were anywhere close to being as useful and easy to use as PCS - especially if you are comparing properties that are for sale and analyzing properties that have been sold.

Well what can i say. Jennifer helped me not once but two times and was able to get me in a apartment during Vancouvers hot market days. A year and half later the market cooled down but i had to move because of my family growing and needed to get into a townhouse.
