Al helped me with the sale of my rental/tenanted property in the Greater Vancouver area without my presence at all. He professionally facilitated all communications with my very difficult tenant and provided great recommendations on dealing with the current market (there were at least 5 other similar units in the area at that time) and select the best offer. Al is trustworthy and has great ideas of dealing with tenants even if your tenant is very difficult and not cooperating throughout the sale process.
