It is a pleasure to recommend Carolyn Carson for your real estate needs. Carolyn took me on ‘road trips’ to see every home I thought might be ‘the one’. She was always ready and able to go when I accumulated a list of potential homes. She scheduled all the day’s appointments and mapped the routes to each. Even though I have a GPS in my car, I still managed to get lost in a new development that hadn’t yet been mapped. Carolyn found me and led me to the property we were scheduled to view. Trekking through the Fraser Valley and the outskirts of Metro Vancouver with her was fun … enlightening … informative … interesting … and exciting! As an example, we were standing on the deck of a home overlooking the magnificent Fraser Valley when we spotted a bear cub crawling up a retaining wall in the property immediately next to the one we were viewing. And, the mother bear was hovering in the brush at the top of the retaining wall. How exciting was that! All the time and effort she expended resulted in success as just recently we found my ‘dream’ home. I can hardly wait to move in. During the process, her skill and knowledge of real estate transactions was very evident. She got answers to all the questions I presented. She made me feel comfortable that everything was always properly handled. She did a fantastic job for me! I have to add that, a few years ago, she also provided services to my brother when he purchased a home. That transaction also went very smoothly thanks to Carolyn’s expertise. I thank her for doing such a wonderful job … and I whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
