Recently I decided it was time to move – the previous realtor we had used in the past had retired, however was kind enough to give us a name, Tom O’Hara. Tom was very receptive, listening (which is a rare trait), to my concerns, answering questions clearly and precise. His confidence, honesty and straight forward approach was welcomed. I had a couple of very specific request which were followed without a challenge, from the first he understood who was the seller – me. During the process there was a complication which he very efficiently detoured around, putting us back on track. Be careful with Tom O'Hara and Steve Kooner and the developer they represent Urban Coast Developments. Tom is very talented at getting your business and then leaving you hanging once he no longer needs you. No accountability or integrity.
