Nicholas T Lee

My name is Nicholas T Lee and I am born and raised in Vancouver with a passion for connecting people with homes that fit their lifestyle and budget.

I started my real estate journey at an early age of 19 years, working as a host for Amber by Aragon Properties, Jinji, and SOCO by Anthem Properties. During that time, I had the opportunity to meet many incredible people and gain extensive knowledge about the industry. It was through this experience that I met Ken Leong and Mary Porohowski from Exclusive Vancouver Real Estate Group. With over 30 years of experience each, they took me under their wings and taught me the ins and outs of Real Estate.

Learning from them helped me discover what kind of Realtor I wanted to be when I became licensed. Now that I am officially a REALTOR®, I take on a values based client first approach. This means that no matter how many offers we write and how many open houses we look at, I will only sell you a home that I would personally live in myself.

To me, being a REALTOR® is all about helping people feel confident in making an informed decision. I enjoy walking clients through the entire process from beginning to end. Starting from analyzing floor plans, reviewing strata documents, disclosure statements and amendments to then finally creating the contract. Being thorough with this process helps my clients identify any red flags. Educating clients on this process and watching them explain it to their friends and family makes me happy knowing that they fully understand.

Outside of Real Estate, you'll probably find me traveling, drinking overpriced pour overs at a local coffee shop, or playing sports with friends.
