This is our second home purchase with Kyle, he is an excellent agent. He continues to be flexible, knowledgeable and quick. We were not expecting to purchase a place, we'd been browsing for houses online casually over the pandemic but had a hard time finding the right place at the right price. We stumbled on a place that looked to have everything we wanted, which having an open house the next day, and contacted Kyle with only 12 hours notice. Despite this, he made space for us in his schedule immediately. We loved the place, and with Kyle's help and quick turn around time, had an offer in within 2 hours of leaving. Kyle was very helpful in relaying the selling party's wishes for their ideal offer so that we could craft the best offer possible. A few hours after our offer went in, we'd had it accepted. We now had less than 2 months to sell our condo, for which we also used Kyle. We had a camping trip already planned for the following weekend, Kyle was able to get our listing up with professional pictures in record time so that we could start open houses on that weekend (3 days! Unheard of!). We had incredible offers (nearly 15% over asking) off the first weekend, one of which we accepted. The whole process of buying and selling done in 8 days. The work speaks for itself, no matter the situation, Kyle seems to make it work and get great results despite what curveballs you may send his way.
