I also studied home inspection out of personal interest, giving my clients a better first look at a property's condition — though I always recommend a licensed home inspection as an essential part of the negotiation process and ensuring the home is the right fit.

I hold an MBA in Marketing and have built a strong career in sales and negotiation — skills that are invaluable in today's competitive real estate market.
