Jason and his team are charismatic, professional and efficient. Their marketing is great. We found them from the pamphlets they regularly printed and mailed to the olympic village area buildings. It included price comparisons of the local buildings, and showed the units being sold by them. When they met with us they were accommodating of our schedule and were efficient in taking photos of our unit. Even when I was going out of town, I didn't need to worry because they communicated often and efficiently. I can trust that they are also helping me sell for the best price and doing their due diligences. With their team effort and marketing, our place was sold quickly and for a good price.

We worked with Vincent in buying, and in selling our investment property. He is truly a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to understand our needs and was proactive with giving us the latest updates and his thoughts on the market and comparables. We feel that he was genuinely looking out for our best interest and more importantly, honest! On the buy side, he knew there would be high demand for the property that we were interested in (as people actually had to lineup to condos) but Vincent managed to get us a viewing and we purchased it before it was opened to the public. On the sell side, Vincent gave got us multiple offers shortly after listing the property. He summarized the pros and cons for each offer and negotiated the best price for us.
