Kenny helped me buy my first home and was so great to work with throughout the process. He really helped me understand what each step of the process entailed, sent me listings that fit my criteria, and gave me a detailed overview of my short-listed properties that helped me decide if I wanted to view them or not. During viewings, it was clear that he did his research on the property beforehand and came with a deep understanding of what positives and negatives the unit had. I really appreciate how honest he was about each property, and how he didn't hesitate to share his knowledge of the real estate industry with me. During the purchasing process, Kenny helped me review the strata docs and a lot of other documents that came with the property, which was so helpful to get a second pair of eyes on. His communication about what step in the purchasing process we were at was clear, he was always easy to reach, and I really appreciated how he continuously let me know what next steps I should take or what would happen next. Overall, I'm so grateful that I had Kenny's help in what would've been an extremely stressful process without him.
