Raven Thiara

OMG!! What can you say after you use the best realtor in world. Buying a home with Raven was so easy for me because she was like a duck. On the surface she was smooth and graceful, below the surface she was swimming fast thru all the data points and even got me a discount when I was sure none was to be had. If you use anyone else it will cost you more and you will be underwater doing all the work yourself.

I always enjoy working with Raven. She’s a smart, knowledgeable and reliable realtor. She doesn’t just sell houses for her own profit but she is someone who understands her clients and their needs. I’d always recommend people to work with Raven.

I had the pleasure of working with Raven Thiara on both the lease and sale of a commercial property. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with throughout both transactions.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Raven countless times, and she is genuinely one of the sharpest realtors I’ve come across. She is a true professional and an absolute workaholic who is always accessible to her clients and referral partners. Nothing is ever rushed. Her clients are consistently overserved, given thoughtful guidance, and provided with the maximum level of consultation she can offer. What really stands out to me is how closely she stays connected to the financing side of a transaction. She is always checking in, making sure everything is moving smoothly, and doing so with genuine care and concern for her clients. She is also someone who values relationships. She is always willing to meet in person, and it’s never just a basic coffee or quick meeting. She puts thought into the experience, whether it’s a quality lunch, coffee, or simply taking the time to have a meaningful conversation. Raven is personable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I can’t recommend her enough. We need more people like her in this industry.

Raven Thiara is by far the best realtor I've met anywhere! She helped me buy my new home in Vancouver three months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase & with the time & money she saved me! Raven is super helpful, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator and negotiator. She pre-screened listings before sending me suggestions for viewings, and once we viewed a few properties, was able to narrow the search down even more, and negotiated and closed my purchase within a few weeks. She helped me review strata documents and the building inspector's report, and even wrote up a schedule of repairs & maintenance for me! She is extremely well connected and gets along with everyone- from the other realtors, to the property management staff, to building inspectors and bankers. I would highly recommend Raven Thiara to be your Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent!!

I had an excellent experience working with Raven. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to help. She made my commercial real estate sale hassle free. Thank you 😊
