We met Brad at an open house and having needed a realtor to put in an offer right away on a property for sale, (as our usual realtor was away overseas on holidays and in a completely different time zone), we chose to go ahead with Brad. I highly recommend hiring Brad. As first-time buyers, he got us into a great place at a great price. He was really creative in how he put the deal together. The market was slow at the time, and a lot of people were writing offers subject to sale. Since we didn’t have that issue, we gave the seller a Subject to Purchase option, which helped us get a great price and, in turn, made it easier for the sellers to write a cleaner offer and get a great price on their buy side. In the end, it was a win-win for everybody, and the whole process just went so smoothly. Well done!
