I had an incredible experience working with Jack! I have been looking to buy a condo in the lower mainland for a period of time, however living/working out of town made it difficult to view properties. During the short time I was in the area to visit, Jack went above and beyond to create multiple portfolios/lists of properties that fit what I was looking for, and set up tours around the neighborhoods I was interested in buying from. He was able to work around my schedule and the limited time I had available. I am also a first time home buyer, and Jack was very good at explaining things and was very informative. When I decided to put an offer down, Jack spent a lot of effort negotiating a deal that I was very content with. He made himself available at inconvenient times (weekends, evenings etc) to answer questions. It became evident that Jack is truly passionate about what he does, and also genuinely cared about his clients needs. I am very glad that he was able to be my realtor and it has truly been a pleasure working with him!

Selling your place can definitely be stressful, but Jack helped make this whole process extremely stress-free.
