Having also grown up in the area, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience in living and working in the lower mainland. Assisting and connecting with people has always been a passion of mine and I look forward to providing services and collaborating with clients and colleagues in real estate.

Prior to joining the real estate industry my professional career over 13 years had been in the legal industry; commencing in real estate conveyancing and ending in investigative analyst work for BC’s non-profit Legal Services Society. Experience that I am confident will serve me well in this profession.

When I’m not working you can find me spending time with friends and family outside enjoying beautiful BC, playing softball on one of my slo-pitch teams, or relaxing at home with my feline fur babies!

It was a pleasure to have Brad help me and my wife find our very first home. He helped us with all our concerns and questions along the way, and was always quick to respond to my enquiries. Brad worked with us for over a year, during the most crazy time in real estate in the lower mainland.We finally were able to purchase a home in Aug 2015, after viewing and placing offers on multiple homes. At that time homes were selling on multiple offers, and tens of thousands of dollars above assessment value. Brad was able to get us to view our current home before it was on the MLS listings. We were able to buy our home for asking price, without having to compete with other offers. Almost 3 years have passed since we bought our home, we are very happy and expect to live in our home for many years to come.
