We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Team Vadim. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Buying a house is one thing, but selling a house is another thing. With the help of Vadim and his team we were able to know, understand and accomplish every step we had to do. Other agents had told us it was not a good time to sell. But then we met with Vadim and he told us he would use his strategies to get it sold. And he did! I was a little reluctant to use a realtor for selling my condo. I was referred to Vadim when looking to purchase a new home and I'm really glad I went with him. He is a work workhorse and very professional. We sold the condo fairly quickly thanks to his hard work, great photographer and outstanding marketing material (brochures). Vadim is very patient and we probably looked at 20+ houses with him. He wanted to make sure I was totally comfortable with the property before buying. He wasn't trying to get me to close on anything unless I really wanted it. He does his homework and knows the market really well. He is very neutral/impartial when looking at houses and actually helps point out things that could be a problem. After about 4 months of searching with Vadim every weekend we finally found an amazing home! I would easily recommend using him for buying or selling any future properties.
