Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Wood Products Processing from UBC and is proud of her accomplishments as a mother, wife, and successful professional. She has also completed the Whistler Tough Mudder in 2015, showcasing her determination and resilience. After work, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether experimenting with new recipes or ordering food. Monica also loves music, sports, and dance, playing in a Peruvian Folk band and teaching Zumba
