He is honest, realistic, and not pushy just to make a sale. When we finally did find our home, he was strategic and used his years of experience to negotiate a price that was under what we were willing to pay. He drew up an official offer promptly and within 48 hrs of viewing the home, we had an accepted offer. He made all the steps so seamless by even contacting the contractors to get the roof fixed.
