My first time dealing with Chris turned out to be a good experience and great success. I noticed that Chris is eager to grasp new business. He is flexible in terms of paying attention to the Clients feedback, Clients desired price of sale, strategies to Market the Property, what will be the right Market Price to publish. Chris does his Market Research and current trends of Properties sales prices and provides sincere feedback to the customers how to sell their property and at what price the property should sell. Chris is not a Realtor who push their customers to sell their properties under priced to quickly make commission and goodby.
My property was sold at my desired price in spite of the stagnant market situation and was sold within 10 days on the market. Which in my opinion was a miracle!
I will not hesitate to recommend Chris to all those Property Owners who wish to sell their properties at justified prices and wish to deal with a HONEST REALTOR during current critical times.
