Secondly, she's calm and easy going and cheerful..she has a great husband Jamie who is the other owner of Property Guys Saanich. You can tell they're easy going people - they live together and have a business together and are a happily married couple...its really cute.
Thirdly and most importantly
My experience of selling my house and property was the easiest thing I've ever done. Diane and Jamie came over within two days of my initial call (thank God that friend recommended I try Property Guys) and walked around the property, and we talked. Within a few days Gord, their real estate agent was involved too by telephone. He's the highpowered, calm knowledgeable agent that works with Diane and Jamie.
I feel like they walked with positive energy into my life when it was going downhill - and they helped me work out my obstacles with good suggestions so I was able to not only deal with my tenants, that were very angry about the sale, (here in BC tenants can be a very difficult situation)...Diane and Gord made suggestions that satisfied the tenants and now they and I are getting along better than before I sold my house !!
The buyers are happy also with the purchase and also made it as easy as possible for me. Diane was there for me even until late in the night by telephone. She always picked up.
I feel blessed to have worked with Property Guys. And it cost a fraction of what it would have cost if I had hired sharks.

"My husband and I listed and sold our home with Property Guys. I have to say this is the best experience I have had in selling or purchasing a home.
