Never before have I dealt with real estate, so I was unsure of what to expect and put off finding a buyer's agent for a while. But after my first time speaking with Sandra, that was no longer a concern! We narrowed down what I was looking for quite quickly, in part because her honesty and straightforward attitude matched with her experience assisted greatly in cutting out places that simply weren't a good fit. I never felt rushed and was always given the final say, with an abundance of advisement that helped me make decisions confidently. During one of our final viewings, she had noticed another condo in the same building was listed that same day, so we were the first in to look at it, and that was the place I settled on for what I think ended up being a very reasonable price. That speaks to a great deal of diligence and care I'm not sure you'd find with just any Realtor. And past the results, Sandra really is a force of nature and constantly shows up for the community. She's deeply involved with charity work in the lower mainland and can speak at length (I can confirm!) about all the things she's been a part of and helped organize over the years. She even sits on the Board of Directors for the The Mel Jr. & Marty Zajac Foundation, associated with a local summer camp (Zajac Ranch) for children with medical conditions who would otherwise not be able to experience such a thing. Also, though I didn't interact with Mario Page very much, when I did he was also abundantly helpful, pointing out some key points in the strata documents to make sure I was making an informed decision with my purchase. The pair work great as a team -- I felt like I was in good hands at every stage. If you're on the fence, start here!
