I’ve worked with several real estate agents in my life, and Dominique is without question the best I’ve had. She works hard, has a great attitude, is good at listening and understanding her client’s needs, and is highly accommodative. Always pleasant and good to work wit. She is detail oriented and good at following up and keeping track of everything. In short, excellent service skills. Additionally, she is very skilled in her craft. She helped us both buy and sell. When selling, she is persistent, reads the market well, very helpful in readying a home for sale, and in our case was very effective at drawing out an offer in a slow market, as well as negotiating a good price for us. She is well connected and always speaking with other agents, connecting dots and seeking intelligence to help in the process. When buying, I found she was not hesitant to offer a very specific opinion on the value of the home we sought. I’ve had other agents that were too vague, had wide goal posts, or were generally hesitant to provide a specific value for a home, which in my opinion is a critical part of the value an agent should bring. As it turned out, the price we paid (in a competitive situation) was exactly the same as her estimate of its value at the outset - she nailed it. In addition, her offer strategy was very good and her guidance was key to our success in being the winning offer, yet not overpaying. Lastly, even after our home purchase and sale were completed, Dominique has continued to stay in touch, with kindness, generosity and genuine care, while most agents turn the page and move on. Again, best agent I’ve ever had all around. I highly recommend her.

She is a super star. We purchased our pre-sale condo three years ago and they were keep postponing longer and longer so we were not sure when to sell our current condo. At the end, we only had a month to sell out our current condo so we called to Dominique to help us ( we already knew that she sold so many of our town's condos so quickly through our neighbor). Dominique showed her beautiful plan how to sell our condo. First, she asked us to remove unnecessary furnitures, toys ( we have three kids), books, and more. Second, her cleaner is in duty to make our place shiny. Third, painting almost all our places. Fourth, making our home looks like a magazine home... and more. She did everything step-by-step beautifully. She is an enthusiastic person with full of great energy. She sold our home within 10days and give us all the categories that we really needed.
