Your Realtor in Prince George, BC. I was raised in Prince George, BC, and obtained my B.Comm from UNBC in 2010. Since then, I have worked in IT for a large corporation. During this time, I enjoyed buying and renovating neglected properties, with a focus on restoring them through quality workmanship. This became a passion: opening up old houses and seeing a part of their history, and then finding unique ways to make them homes again. As a teen, I remember reading books on real estate investing and then set goals to make this a reality for myself. My wife and I have since built up a portfolio of rental properties that we own and manage. I have also undertaken education to become a ROWP (Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner) to better assist my clients on rural properties.
