Can I give 6 stars? Liz Koelling went above and beyond in helping us find our home across the country. She is a great communicator, really understood what we were looking for, and provided great recommendations for us being new to the city! She helped us with ways to make our offer more competitive and was always honest with where we stood. It always seemed like we were her only client even though I knew we weren't. We couldn't be happier where we ended up and most of that is thanks to Liz and her work!

The entire home buying process was easy and stress free with this team! I cannot say enough great things about working with Liz as our realtor. She was so kind, attentive to detail, always on top of things, available whenever you need her, and made our process seamless. Liz is an absolute rock star. My journey as a home buyer was a roller coaster ride, but Liz made the process not only bearable, but enjoyable. I found Liz after my original realtor and I did not work out, and I immediately knew that we were a good fit. I was in the market for an extended period of time waiting on the perfect house, and never once felt rushed or hurried by Liz. Instead, she encouraged me to take my time. Not only did I want to find the perfect house, but Liz also wanted to find me the perfect house. Liz made herself almost immediately available at any of my requests to see properties. If she couldn’t show it herself, she made sure to have her assistant show it. She gave sound advice about each property that we looked at. She had my complete trust. When the perfect house did come my way, Liz fought hard for me against other offers. While I was under contract, interest rates significantly dropped without me knowing. Liz talked with my lender to see if he could match the current rate. When this lender was unable to do so, she contacted other lenders to see what needed to be done to lower my interest rate. Again, this was all work done in one day with me not finding any of this out until Liz had come up with a solution to the problem. Liz got my interest rate dropped by 1.5%, saving me $500/month. This is something that not many realtors would have gone above and beyond to do. Liz is knowledgeable, persistent, professional, encouraging, realistic, and overall wonderful to work with. I’m very thankful for all that she did for me.

Jasmine at Matt Stone Realty was amazing to work with! From 2,000 miles away in Phoenix, she made the home searching and buying process seamless! We flew to Charlotte to get boots on the ground and look at “potential” homes. She knew what we were looking for better than we did! We found the perfect house! Jasmine is absolutely wonderful! She was my buyers agent and is so response--her patience is absolutely amazing. We looked at several properties and finally found something suitable, but the listing agent was HORRIFIC (she is the poster child for giving realtors a bad name). Jasmine was so professional and patient--she was the calm voice of reason despite that listing agent's constant drama. I would have walked away from the deal were it not for Jasmine because I can't stand drama. I know that dreadful woman upset Jasmine, she upset everyone so needlessly and treated us like dirt--primarily because I'm a military veteran. Jasmine is a superb realtor who is very knowledgeable and treats people with kindness and respect. She genuinely cares and she gets the job done with zero emotional turmoil. To have handled that outrageous joke of realtor so calmly--I could not have done that! Jasmine is AWESOME and I cannot recommend her enough for all your real estate needs! I have done a lot of real estate transactions over the years. Michelle is a Pro…Top Gun! We live in Utah and decided to relocate to South Carolina. We found a house and she guided us every step of the way and highly depended on her since we were not able to travel out to see the house. Not only that, but it was a multiple offer deal and she was spot on with how to secure the offer. Then as we did the inspection, she negotiated a higher seller contribution than we expected. I plan to have Michelle be our sales agent for any future purchases or sales and highly recommend her to anyone.

Our realtor Hasty Millen deserves 10 stars! We were looking to move from Minneapolis to the Charlotte area, but upfront had various critical unknowns making it difficult to navigate and plan. When we first contacted Hasty about possible relocation, we had no timetable or guarantee Charlotte would be our final job relocation area in North Carolina. We had no familiarity with the area and visited Charlotte on a one-weekend only trip early in the year. Hasty was amazing, knowing our limited timeframe she spent her entire day giving us a tour of Charlotte and getting to know us. She was overly patient, listened and understood our must-haves. She showed us several homes in the area until we were comfortable with our options. Hasty kept in contact with us after our return to Minnesota. She always responded quickly if we sent her a text message or called with questions. Even knowing that we might not be able to relocate to Charlotte, she still gave us her attention and guidance, helping navigate the home search process with boots on ground for us. After over a half a year, we were finally able to relocate to Charlotte. Hasty helped us find the perfect townhome in the area we wanted. She worked with the builder/seller up to the final hour to negotiate a last minute, off-market opportunity for the exact floorplan we sought but didn’t know was available. Top notch customer service!
