Matt Stone joined Rennie in 2003, when he decided to pursue his passion for real estate. If he wasn’t an Advisor, Matt would be designing homes as an architect. Outside of the office, you will find him taking advantage of Vancouver’s mountains, beaches, and the many amazing places to eat. Matt’s perfect day usually starts off with a walk along the seawall with his son, followed by swimming at Hillcrest Community Centre. And if he’s lucky – a winning Canucks game.

Can I give 6 stars? Liz Koelling went above and beyond in helping us find our home across the country. She is a great communicator, really understood what we were looking for, and provided great recommendations for us being new to the city! She helped us with ways to make our offer more competitive and was always honest with where we stood. It always seemed like we were her only client even though I knew we weren't. We couldn't be happier where we ended up and most of that is thanks to Liz and her work!

It was so hard when I say hard as hell my real estate agent I couldn't ask for a better guy Omar was the bomb he stuck in there with me from the beginning to the end hell I felt like I was a real estate agent because we worked as a team together he'd never left my side he was phenomenal and he was a outstanding realtor there is no relative better than Matt stones relators they are the bomb so kudos to Omar I thought we was never gonna close but trust god he told me, he was right there working a deal out and working with me from open to closing I am a home owner and I can prondly say I am disabled. And I was told I would never have a home and I can now say on this day that I am a home owner tell me what god can't do . I can do all things through Jesus Christ who Scrinthins me. Thank you Lord and most of all thank you Omar for helping me I prayed that God bring down and bless you like never before. 🙏🏾 P.s I went through 28 agents before I got to him that's how many agents out there that is not hitting on anything and is not concerned about their client but Omar was the bomb he was very concerned concern and he was always there to show me a property no matter what rain sleep storm he was there.
