Gorette was our officiant over a year ago, and we bonded with her instantly. We liked her so much that when it came time to sell our home in a tough buyer’s market while buying at the same time, choosing her as our real estate agent was an easy decision, and we couldn’t have been happier. Before Gorette was our real estate agent, she was our officiant. We had such a good rapport with her as an officiant that we thought perhaps we could ask her to be our real estate agent as well. One thing you will notice right away with Gorette is how kind and personable she is. It's something we saw consistently on our journey with her. She is also warm, sharp and reliable - all traits that will help you during the process of selling/buying a house. She's a great analyzer and can stand firm against bullies while maintaining her professionalism. I've seen her stand up to those who try to play games with us. She also puts you at ease by always being there when you need her. The buying/selling process is supposed to be anxiety inducing and it was for us, but we also had so much fun with her that we sometimes forget about our anxiety. Gorette is goal oriented so she always bring you back on track. She has a whole Rolodex of professionals at her disposal so if you need help with anything she knows the person for that job. We took a chance with Gorette and it paid off. We sold in a tough buyer's market and still came out happy with our decision. As a buyer/seller, you still have to know and be in control of what you want. Gorette will just put the odds in your favour. I recommend her for all the hats that she wears particularly the real estate agent and officiant ones. Ask her about the other hats and you will be amazed at this swiss army knife of a person.
