Katayoon Webb*

Katayoon Webb was our purchasing realtor in 2009 when the market was low. It was a buyer's market. My husband and I were in our early 20's not knowing much about the real estate market. We did our own research and viewed the properties ourselves. Our needs and wants were not taken into consideration. We wanted something closer to work but was diverted two districts over. In the end my husband and I found a fixer upper home in our price range. When it came to making an offer on the home we felt like she did not have our best interest. She guided us to increase our price even though in hindsight we could have purchased it for much less. After possession, we discovered that the subjects were not fulfilled by the previous owner. Katayoon brushed us off by telling us to seek legal advice instead of helping us mediating the situation. It has been 12 years since we have dealt with Katayoon and we have since worked with two other realtors that put our needs before their own. The only good experience with Katayoon was we know what not to look for in a realtor.

We used Katayoon to sell our condo a few years ago (during a sellers market) and she did an amazing job! The condo was staged magnificently and the photos were beautiful. It was very well marketed and we had multiple bidders after the open house, and the property sold for much more than we expected.
