I'm a first-time home buyer who got automatically paired with Jas through the "book an appointment" feature on the Rew website -- my plan had been to try working with a couple of realtors before deciding on one, but I ended up not needing to because Jas was a great fit! I most appreciated his consistent punctuality and reliability, not just with in-person viewings and appointments, but also with texts and phone calls. I also appreciated his level of organization, as someone who is very organized myself -- he always kept good track of properties we had viewed, including what we thought of them, properties we were interested in, and properties that he thought would be right for me, so that I barely had to do any of the legwork for finding places I wanted to view. He went above and beyond to help provide me with any and all information I might need, and answer any questions I might have, even when it wasn't necessarily his role! When I found my perfect home, he made sure to re-book a viewing after the original one was cancelled by the sellers. When I was ready to make an offer, I took his advice about the amount of the offer (his suggestion was lower than I would have thought), which ended up saving me about $15,000. I also really appreciated that he paid attention to what I needed -- the aspects of a home that were deal-breakers for me, and the constraints of my budget -- and he wasn't pushy the way other realtors can sometimes be. Working with a realtor ends up involving lots of contact and communication, and it was always a pleasure to be in touch with Jas! I'll definitely be reaching out to him the next time I'm looking to buy.
