Found Steven through the booking services with REW to see a unit that I was interested in. Didn't expect to be paired with someone who went all out the way Steven did and am happily surprised! He worked with every little weird request I had and was charismatic enough that I had the confidence he could get me the best possible price for the place. His knowledge of the Chilliwack area is part of why we were so comfortable crossing the finish line. He was easy to contact and always just a text message or phone call away whenever I had another dumb millennial never-bought-my-own-home kind of question. If you're someone who, like myself, have a lot of reservations about making large life changing purchases, I cannot recommend Steven enough and his team enough. He did not pressure me when I said I had hit my limit on price, or suggest a bunch of lesser units once he knew what my standard was for what I wanted to purchase. Both my partner and I are now very happy we made this purchase with Steven's help!

We cannot thank Steven enough for helping us purchase our first home. Steven was ultra flexible and always went the extra mile for us. We were definitely a complicated couple to work with, as we had some unique constraints that could have easily frustrated a realtor. He does all this hard work without batting an eye, and still manages to live a healthy and active lifestyle with his family, which is something that really aligned with us.
