My cousin bought his first home and knew very little about the process; Robin had immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Mr Randhawa is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!) and made the entire process a million times easier. we could not have done it without him; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him until the man retires. Instead of being dismissive or lackadaisical he took them through the process as if they were his own family, and I will never be able to thank him enough for treating them so well. They had endless great things to say about him. As far as Robin’s work, he knew exactly when to push, when to back off, and when to say "no absolutely not," for your benefit throughout the process. He is clearly very skilled and absolutely will not let you go through with something without full disclosure (lol get it?). He was 100% on top and ahead of every decision to be made, every form to be completed, and every house we viewed that I decided "just didn't feel right." His communication was always consistent. He was always easy to contact, and many times he would contact others (lenders, inspectors, et cetera) when we couldn't get in touch to push them along to help,Robin stayed in touch from day One to day Close and made sure everything was completely perfect.
