Shannon is excellent! Literally everything you want in a realtor. She’s so on top of the whole experience and is great at answering any questions you have. She made buying our first home feel easy and listened to all of our requests about the home. We are so happy we went with her and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful realtor. We are so happy with our new place!

Shannon was an incredibly professional and hardworking realtor who was also supportive, especially under such stressful circumstances. She was always available and ready to answer any question or concern that I had, which was reassuring to me. Shannon, you’re simply a rockstar! I’m happy to share my story of working with you. But it is a long one as you’ll recall. We sure didn’t make it easy for you! My husband and I had bought and sold a few times before we worked with Shannon. I can only say that I will never work with another realtor going forward. We were shopping for a home in the madness of the Spring 2021 market when everything had multiple cash offers with no subjects. We weren’t comfortable with that so we tasked Shannon with finding us our dream property that wouldn’t require a bidding war or subject free offer. No small feat for a realtor at that time! But Shannon is savvy and her work ethic is above and beyond. She puts time into meeting every person in a room and builds trust quickly. She doesn’t wait around for information or answers and she will phone you at every decision point to make the process far clearer and less stressful. She quickly found us a great home in an area that wasn’t on our radar at the time but fit us perfectly. Then she somehow got us through the door before the open house. She built a rapport with the seller’s agent who came back to her at the first opportunity to close the deal. She battled for us to ensure we didn’t have to offer subject-free or over asking price. I know she can be very convincing! But I still don't know how she pulled it off. We got the house! I thought maybe it was just luck… until we had to sell our own house a few weeks later. By June, the market took a terrifying nose dive over a cliff. Shannon was on the phone for hours everyday digging up sales data, studying trends, calling for advice and anecdotes across her network. She has an incredible skill for price setting and backs it up with solid reasoning so you can feel educated in your decision making. She isn’t afraid to ask questions or put in extra work to get answers. But she’s great at shielding you from the stress of that (or pouring you a glass of wine and listening to your worries as needed). She presented us with simple yes/no questions without overwhelming us with things to decide in a highly volatile market. At that time, only one property was selling on a given weekend. Well the property that sold was ours thanks to Shannon’s resourcefulness and determination, along with the top notch staging and sales materials she developed for our home (my husband is still talking about the fresh baked cookies in the oven at the open house!). Not only did she close a sale, she pulled off the impossible and got us multiple offers above asking when every other agent was still processing the market drop. Even with an accepted offer, she had her work cut out for her when the first buyer walked away over financing issues as banks raised rates. We were devastated. But Shannon didn’t miss a beat. Despite closing the initial sale, she was still communicating with the other agents that made offers. It’s just her nature to build relationships. It never feels like a sales pitch but within a few hours after we lost our offer, she was able to bring a comparable back up offer to the table and save us from having to relist in a market downturn that saw competing properties sit for months after at 100-200K less. When August rolled around, Shannon was just as excited as we were to take possession. She guided us through every step including a pile of legal paperwork we had to navigate during closing while we were travelling in rural Europe. I told you we didn’t make it easy for her! I’ve had 4 realtors in my personal life and I’ve worked with a few dozen in my professional life, and Shannon is by far the best one! Doesn’t have the fake used car salesman chic going that almost every other realtor has. She was very knowledgeable in what she knew and didn’t bulls@$t about the things she didn’t, she would say “I’ll find that out for you” and then she did! Stop scrolling for a realtor this is the one you want!!

Shannon was an excellent agent in selling a family condo. She will give you real data on what your place is worth and what is realistic for a selling price given market conditions. She has good tactics and will go above and beyond to get your home sold.
