I had a fantastic experience working with Akaash! Regarding comments about his sales, I can confidently say that Akaash is knowledgeable and diligent. We spoke to about 5 realtors regarding presale, and his diligence was the best by far. We were pleasantly surprised to see that he had a professional review the contract and also took the time to help us understand the key things to look for when signing. Even though I had already drafted the cheque and was highly likely to sign, Akaash still took the time to explain everything to us, and we really appreciate that. With presale, it can be easy to feel like we're just signing up to walk around with someone who often isn't knowledgeable about the project we are visiting.
