My husband and I are very happy that we used Raymond Dich to sell our apartment in Burnaby Heights. Ray was very knowledgeable about the entire process of listing/selling our place. He also brought a wealth of knowledge about the current market, as well as our neighbourhood, specifically. We weren’t in a big rush to list, and Ray didn’t pressure us at all. He helped us build a game plan for selling our apartment, which had four private showings within 24 hours of listing, and two offers over asking within 48 hours listing. Resulting in a very quick sale and breaking the record for the highest sale price in our building (excluding penthouses). We had the pleasure of having Ray as our realtor when selling our condo and buying our house.
