Trina is the best agent in BC, she helped me to buy a unit in 2014, it was a good location and good building. Also, sold my unit in 2025. She helped me in many ways with a lot of issues that faced us and provide good references and resources to solve these issues. When it comes time to sell my unit, we sold it less than a week because of her skills and knowledge. Trina always plan ahead and knows when to hit the market. She is well organized. I definitely recommend her. She is a five stars agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Trina Quan to purchase my first home in the West End in Vancouver. My situation was unique in the sense I originally was living in Toronto and was not very familiar with Vancouver neighbourhoods or real estate market. Trina was extremely patient, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She had strategized an effective plan in our approach. Navigating Vancouver's real estate market and being a first time home buyer, it can get pretty overwhelming. Trina was always prepared for our showings, organised, and prioritised time management. On days where we would have several showings, everything was booked well in advance and in an organised manner so there was minimal waiting time. Trina's expertise and experience was very evident during our showings, when she would point out things about the condo, such as strava, the history, the finishes, the appliances, and the layout of the unit. I really appreciate her honesty in these situations. It was obvious that Trina always had my best interest. Never having lived in Vancouver, I had changed my preferences to location several times, as well as the type of unit I was looking for. Trina was always supportive and showed me units that matched my ever-evolving preferences and was open to discussing them. I was thinking the offer portion would be the most stressful part of the process, however, Trina's negotiating skills and strategy when submitting the offer went seemlesly and stress-free.
