I can't speak highly enough about Sam! From the start on he listened to everything we were looking for. From location to price, to features and nitpicks we had, He presented us only with what would interest us. He picked my wife and I from our home to every single showing we were interested in and made the effort to go through explaining the neighborhoods as we were driving to make sure the lifestyle that we have would be in sync with what we're were looking for! We had interest in multiple properties along our long journey and he never failed to go through all the strata papers with us and made us aware of every details that each building has to make sure that it works for us (contingency fund, if the building had any leaks in the past, what has been approved with the budget, etc. Super thorough research!!). For every property we wanted to put an offer on, he worked on doing thorough research on what similar listing are in the same neighborhood and what has sold lately to figure out what the actual value of the property is worth! He always made sure we were comfortable with all the facts put together and never once pushed a property on us to get the sale done.
