Nick facilitated the sale of my house at Garden Bay. There were many obstacles including leaking roof and windows. House is on a First Nations Lease land and he worked with the band to make the sale happen. As I live in Vancouver, there were numerous occasions where Nick travelled from Sechelt to minimize damage from torrential rains. I can’t say enough about his commitment as a professional.

Even though we were clear from the beginning we were looking in a different city than he operates in, he went out of his way to show us homes in the potential city we had in mind. He also made sure that we made above our target amount needed to sell our previous home to purchase our new home. He made sure we had tons of notice before a showing made the process streamlined. He also made sure we understood all the terms and steps as we went thru the process of selling and buying.

Nick allowed us to identify our own criteria and was immediately responsive with matching suggestions or showings at requested locations. He was patient and non-questioning toward the half dozen properties we toured. He provided updated information and his valued opinion. His quickness, community network, and engaging care-free, and inviting personality helped us secure the first viewing of our purchased home within minutes of posting. I arrived 3 hours late (ferries) and Nick maintained the viewing and was able seal the purchase deal prior to midnight the very same evening! Remarkable, personable, real, and a great sense of humor-highly valued and recommended.
