Even though we were clear from the beginning we were looking in a different city than he operates in, he went out of his way to show us homes in the potential city we had in mind. He also made sure that we made above our target amount needed to sell our previous home to purchase our new home. He made sure we had tons of notice before a showing made the process streamlined. I arrived 3 hours late (ferries) and Nick maintained the viewing and was able seal the purchase deal prior to midnight the very same evening! We leased from Remax for 12 years.. Condo off if Prairieview Road. First few years were great.. Donna was our Property manager and made sure all of our problems were taken care of asap!! After she retired it all went downhill!! We’ve moved, but still keep in touch with residents…. I would not recommend d EVER leasing from Mahomet Remax! Awful service… rude… we are so happy to be gone… we bought our new home from Remax… but not Mahomet!!

Mahomet is a loved town, great place to start a life and a family with great attractions and friendly people. After looking around for a little while, we stumbled across the Re/Max Realty Associates office and after one great conversation with a staff member we knew we were in good hands. Shortly after we began renting an apartment through this office. Our experience has been great. Olivia (rental property manager) is always attentive to our needs. If there is an issue it is typically resolved that day based on severity. She is kind, caring, responsive and friendly. If we have friends/family looking to move, we always provide them with Olivia’s contact information as we know she will take care of them the way she takes care of us!
