We came to know Charles just walking into a builder’s show home. Since then, we have enlisted him to sell our home . His personality and professionalism are outstanding … someone whom you can really trust . A realtor who treats you as a client first and foremost , making sure that you are happy with what you want and suggests ways to make that happen for you. I call him a customer’s experience realtor , not just focus on the monetary portion of the transactions. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.

Charles without a doubt was exactly what we were looking for in a real estate agent. Our apartment sold quickly and he took the time to show us ALL of our options over multiple weekends and stuck with us through multiple offers until we found the right place for us at the right price point. He did all of this under a tight time crunch and worked during his honeymoon to make sure our house hunt was still moving forward. I met Charles through REW.CA. As a person he is very honest about the properties you are looking for. He will do all the work for you, from history of the place, going though strata documents, maintaining liaison with other opposite agent & building caretaker. Letting you know about special levies which will & were levied. He will ask questions on your behalf. Charles is very punctual & apt in corresponding. He will answer your queries via call or messages. Whatever time you call him or message him, he will reply back. Charles guided during the negotiations & paperwork as well. After sales service was also done by Charles. I had few things to be taken care of so Charles had all the things done for free through his handyman. Highly recommended for his salesmanship, punctuality, aptness, after sales services

Charles helped us find an apartment that we love in New West. We moved from Victoria to Vancouver and didn’t know the city at all. Charles helped us find a great place over just two weekends. From day one, he was honest, trustworthy and very approachable. He set up visits at short notice and drove us around between visits and showed us the neighbourhoods. Charles is very friendly and has a good sense of humour so it was really enjoyable working with him. He is also an excellent negotiator, who is not afraid to push for his client’s interests. Charles was available 24/7 and encouraged us to reach out for whatever we needed. It can be hard to find the right realtor so I would strongly recommend Charles. He knows the Vancouver market very well and goes above and beyond. I would definitely work with him again.

We moved from Victoria to Greater Vancouver (New West) and didn’t know Vancouver at all. Charles was very approachable, trust-worthy and honest from day 1. He went above and beyond and helped us find an excellent apartment in just 2 weekends. Since we didn’t live in Vancouver, he set up several visits on our first and second Saturday and drove us to see all the apartments and to get to know the area. Charles is very communicative and has a great sense of humour, so it was also a real pleasure to work with him. He was available 24/7 and encouraged us to get in touch whenever we needed. He also did an amazing job setting up visits with last-minute notice. He really accompanied and assisted us with such attention and detail from beginning to end of the buying process. Finally, he is savvy, knows the Greater Vancouver market very well and a very good negotiator, not at all afraid to push for his client’s interests.
