Outside of the office Jamie is very active in his local community. A regular attendant and volunteer at a Church dedicated to giving back to the community and helping the homeless on the lower East Side, Jamie’s time and dedication to charitable causes is a true passion of his.

I could not have had a more pleasant experience, selling my condo with Jamie and Gaetan from Engel & Voelkers. Right from the start, all clicked and the guidelines and advise they gave me, was great! From picking the right "number" in regards to the selling rate, to how to set up the place so it shows well to producing a professional folder for the listing ( with a professional photographer, a mini video etc ). Since they are extremely professional and personable, they apparently also attract the right clients and after the first 2 showings, we had 2 offers and it was all over !!! 3 days on the market. After it was all settled, they followed up, made sure that the bureaucratic stuff was all done efficiently. I could not have had a better team than Gaetan and Jamie, looking after the sale of the condo. I first met Jamie when he was in charge of a pre-sale project, everything went smoothly because we knew what we wanted. When it came time for another investment property, I let him know what I was looking for. He wanted to know what the plans were for the investment property, if we planned to move it, if we were saving it for the kids and gave us sound advice.
