I am originally from Taiwan but moved to the Greater Vancouver area in 1991. Growing up in the tight-knit community of Burnaby, and now currently living in the fast-paced core of Downtown Vancouver, I have come to appreciate the many beautiful & unique areas we have in Metro Vancouver. Each community offers so much and I am proud to call Vancouver my home.

Stemming from my love of helping others achieve their goals & dreams, I discovered that Real Estate was the perfect fit for me. In 2006, I took the dive and ventured off into the world of realty with the “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” series of books in hand. Honestly, it was a slow start; however, I realised that it would all come together as long as I put my best foot forward and gave 110% to my clients. I haven’t looked back since and have learned so much from that time onward. Whether it be a client or another Realtor I have had the pleasure working with (or briefly meeting), every encounter/relationship has helped me grow and become the Realtor I am today.

My first listing was a condo in Burnaby and it took 58 days to sell.

I have an amiable personality and am easy to work with. I believe in clear & open communication between my client and myself. In this way, understanding my clients’ needs is my number one priority. When the time comes to get the job done, I will do whatever it takes to achieve their Real Estate goals—you might say I have an obsession with customer service!
