I am originally from Taiwan but moved to the Greater Vancouver area in 1991. Growing up in the tight-knit community of Burnaby, and now currently living in the fast-paced core of Downtown Vancouver, I have come to appreciate the many beautiful & unique areas we have in Metro Vancouver. Stemming from my love of helping others achieve their goals & dreams, I discovered that Real Estate was the perfect fit for me. In 2006, I took the dive and ventured off into the world of realty with the “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” series of books in hand. Honestly, it was a slow start; however, I realised that it would all come together as long as I put my best foot forward and gave 110% to my clients. I haven’t looked back since and have learned so much from that time onward. Whether it be a client or another Realtor I have had the pleasure working with (or briefly meeting), every encounter/relationship has helped me grow and become the Realtor I am today.
My first listing was a condo in Burnaby and it took 58 days to sell.
I have an amiable personality and am easy to work with. I believe in clear & open communication between my client and myself. In this way, understanding my clients’ needs is my number one priority. When the time comes to get the job done, I will do whatever it takes to achieve their Real Estate goals—you might say I have an obsession with customer service!

This is a very overdue review which I have been meaning to write. My husband and I have had an absolute amazing experience with our first home sale. Jeff our Realtor had taken such good care of everything and it was a seamless process as we weren't very knowledgeable in regards to selling a home. The John Tsai group handled all documentations promptly and there was even a congratulations group chat when the home was sold. Jeff took his time to review and go over every bit of detail and was always available to answer questions (and we had soo many questions). Jeff and the team are super humble, not pushy and very comfortable to speak to. My husband and I were very nervous when we were selling our home since it all happened when the pandemic started. But we were fortunate enough to have gotten a quick offer and the home was sold in a couple of weeks. During this unprecedented time, Jeff was always making sure at viewings everything was done right as we have a little on at home and making sure the viewers were complying with covid protocols. We felt safe to go back in the home and that's so important when viewing your home. If we ever to sell or purchase another property, we will definitely stick with the john tsai group!
