Raj was fantastic throughout our home selling process. He gave us solid advice on market conditions not only in our zip code, but even in our specific neighborhood. He connected us with a great financing company who worked us through the somewhat complex process of securing financing for our new place prior to actually selling our existing home. Although our home looked "good" to us as we spent 15 years shaping it to our preferences, he gave us solid advice on changes we could make to stage the house so it would appeal to today's home buyers. He also gave us great leads on the home improvement professionals we tapped to make the changes. Those changes paid off. We put the house on the market ahead of the typical spring rush and had a buyer within 30 days. We can't recommend Raj strongly enough.
