We just completed our third purchase/sale with Team Vince Chan. Vince, Leona, Noel, Gabriel and Ivan are so friendly and personable that it feels like they’re treating you like family. Buying and selling in this crazy market is stressful, but the team always makes the process so seamless. BUY: Leona has always been very honest with us, which makes it easy to be honest with her. Her and Gabriel are both so patient and don't rush you into anything. They will even be a shoulder to cry on when you’re arguing with your partner on which house to buy lol. Buying a house is the biggest investment you'll ever make and you can trust that they will always have your best interest in mind. SELL: Noel gets the job done. He made selling our place stress free, even in a pandemic! Part of our contract involved professional cleaners etc and he organized all of this for us. Noel and Ivan have great communication between all parties making it so much easier to concentrate on our actual move and not worry about the small stuff. They even brought in our garbage bins for us at the end of the day!! The entire team communicates with you and each other so well that it takes the stress off of buying and selling. I recommend the team to everyone I know!
