Where do I even begin? I started working with Shannon after feeling forgotten, ignored, and like 'just another pay cheque', while I was working with a different real estate team. Right off the bat, and I am literally talking within 24 hours, Shannon had already gone above and beyond what my previous agents had done. Within 24 hours she had sent me a very detailed email of what the home buying process would look like, set me up with two different home listing apps, connected me with a fantastic mortgage advisor, Vincent Tong & team, as well as forwarded over plenty of listings fit my budget and preferences. Shannon literally wasted NO time getting my home search started. What I had estimated to be months or potentially a year of searching for the perfect first-home, had turned out to be less than ONE month. She was extremely organized and incredibly efficient with each and every discussion, house showing or meeting we had. Shannon never failed to examine a potential property for red flags - even prior to visiting it - and was always transparent on whether or not it would be a smart/worthwhile purchase. One thing that really stuck with me throughout the whole process was when Shannon said to me, 'I would never encourage a client to buy a property that I would not buy myself.' From that point forward it was obvious that Shannon would always have my best interests in mind. However, I think what really sets Shannon apart from any other real estate agent or individual working in a client-centered career is her personality. After literally our first time meeting in person, Shannon already felt like a friend. She never failed to be kind and warm to both myself and my family, and would literally be available (what seemed to be) 24-7. She made the home-buying experience fun and memorable for me. I could go on and on about how much I appreciate and adore Shannon, but I won't. Instead, I would like to encourage others to make Shannon a part of their home-buying team. I think that especially as a first-time home buyer, utilizing Shannon's services can ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable, but also manageable and understandable. Especially if you struggle to comprehend all the details, paperwork, and jargon that come with buying a property/owning a home. Shannon is a gem of a human who just so happens to also be very good at what she does.

This is the hardest review I have ever written only because Shannon was absolutely amazing and I don't want to leave any of my totally positive experience out !
